It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene Florence Rubner Klein of Hockessin, Delaware, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Rubner and Charles Rubner; her husband Carl Ulrich Klein; her brothers, Anthony, Leonard and Charles; and her foster son James Gouge.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Klein Monaghan (Francis) and Charles Ulrich Klein (Robin); her grandchildren, Thomas Monaghan (Kristina), Veronica Davis (Shannon), Steven Klein (Kerri) and Jeffrey Klein (Robert); her foster son Charles Krzywosinski (Joyce); her sister Barbara Korpela; and also, James Gouge, Charles Krzywosinski, Carl and Jasmine Mae. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
