He was predeceased by: his son Michael Ross Kelly. He is survived by: his wife June Kelly; his sister Faye Bryant (Terry); his children, Harold Kelly, Jr. of Roxboro, NC, Lori Lockard (Denny) and Robin Foster (Clint) of Middletown, DE; his stepchildren, Louis Geanopulos of Wilmington, DE and Linda Tacey (Ted) of Newark, DE; his grandchildren, Lindsey Foster, Caitie Foster (Josh), Clinton Foster (Rachel), Justin Lockard (Stacey), Kelsey Lockard, Tyler Lockard, Phil Tacey (Liz) and Paige Tacey (Collin); and his great grandchildren, Sylis, Theo, Avery and Will.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Hal's name to your favorite charity.
