He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Whitlock and Mary Whitlock of Crawfordsville, Indiana.; his sister Joyce; his daughter Carol; and his former wife Joyce.

He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Zophie, Lucas, Zoe, Faith and Joy; his children, Bruce, Keith (Debbie) and Nancy; and his wife Sandi. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Good News Church.
