He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Price and Laura Cox (Hanna); and his wife Ida E. Cox (Proud). He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl A. Ferrante (Wayne) of Hockessin and Nancy VanVeen (Joseph) of Hockessin; and his granddaughter Sarah VanVeen (Julio Mendez) of Newark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
