It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George-Anne Oliver Kelly of Hockessin, Delaware, born in Beloit, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 17, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary-Maude Oliver (Thompson) and William A. Oliver; her husband Ralph E. Kelly; her son Charles H. Kelly; and her brothers, William A. Oliver and Charles M. Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Jan and Mary-Margaret Kelly Bickhart (Bill); her daughter-in-law Leslie Kelly; her sons, R. Michael Kelly (Shirley Hill), Thomas O. Kelly (Annie) and Steven W. Kelly (Tara); and her sister-in-law Helen Oliver. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
