He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Girardi and Mary Girardi (Marinelli); and his brothers, Andrew and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Rita P. Girardi (Saracino); his son Mark; his grandchildren, Jack and Anna; and his siblings, MaryAnn Burton, Edward, Francis and Joseph Girardi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and members of his extended family.
