She was predeceased by: her father Alexander Luther Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jim Henley of Hockessin, DE; her children, Michael Henley of Chadds Ford, PA, Eric Henley (Shelby) of Wilmington, DE and Mariah Henley of Hockessin, DE; her siblings, David Smith and Cynthia Keill (David) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Hayley Krause-Henley, Savannah Henley, Taylor Henley, Ryan Henley and Maverick Henley. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation (bcrf.org).
