He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Anna (Hanna) and Lorenzo "Lewis" Price Cox; his wife Ruth Webb Cox; and his siblings, Laura, Eva, Lewis, Florence, Lillian, Grace, Mary and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Stephenson T. Cox, Sr. (Angela) of Camden-Wyoming and Tammy Maggitti (Mike) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Jocelyn, Stephenson II, Shannon, Mikayla and Rebekah; his great grandchildren, Keith, Caroline and Eliana; his brothers, George of Hockessin and Howard of Centreville; his stepchildren, Stephen Dudkewitz (Jill) of Newark, Ray Dudkewitz (Patty) of Newark and Dianne Roque (Tomas) of Elkton, MD; and his stepgrandchildren, Mathieu, Kristi, Aaron, Morgan and Dalton.
