He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Collins (Carol), Rebecca "Becky" E. Collins and JoEllen Brackin (Steve); his grandchildren, Charles J. Collins, Geoff Collins (Jennifer) and Erin Covert (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Bella Collins and Jillian Covert.
