He was predeceased by: his father Robert Parks. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Parks (Lang); his daughters, Shelly Parks Conrad (Zachary) and Katherine Parks; his mother Marilyn Parks (Skinner); his brothers, James Parks (Sheila) and Michael Parks; and his parents-in-law, Thomas Lang (Mary Jane) and Susan Baddorf (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
