He is survived by: his mother Karen Mullins (Gladstone); his wife Melissa Kay (Kay); his daughters, Reese, Lainey and Tessa; his brother Daniel (Christine); his nieces and nephews, Kerry and Sean; his sister Sherri; his parents-in-law, Charles and Linda Kay (Gavin); his sisters-in-law, Rachel Kay and Amanda Kay; and also Delaney.
