He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Webb and Evelyn Neidig Webb; and his daughter LeeAnn H. Pritchett. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kitty" Farrell Webb; his children, William W. Webb (Ruth Ann) of Hartly, Katherine L. Pepper "Katie" (Gregg) of Camden-Wyoming and Michelle J. Gilbert (Callen) of Hartly; his son-in-law Marvin Pritchett of Felton; his siblings, Carol W. Currence (William) of St. Augustine, Florida, Virginia Hitchens of Harrington, Jean Harman of Dover, Evelyn Bonnie Baughn of Harrington, Terry Puspoki of Henderson, MD and Mary Thuresson (Arnie) of Harrington; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel Woodhall, Dwight Roland (Shelby), Kayla, Shawn Warnick, Jillian, Bradley Warnick, Angela Rebecca Warnick, Grace Warnick, Elizabeth Pepper, Travis Webb, Kyliemay, Megan Webb, Rebecca Webb, Patricia Erickson, Tyler, David Pritchett, Samantha Pritchett, Hannah Gilbert, Colton Gilbert and Micayla Gilbert. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
