She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thomas and Mabel Grace Thomas; her husband Donald Charles Chattin, Sr.; and her grandson Michael Baker. She is survived by: her daughters, Doris Jester, Shirley Foreman (James) and Christine Sneddon (Robert); her grandchildren, John Smith and Chastity Harvey (William II); her great grandchildren, Summer, Billy, Dylan and Heather; and her sisters, Maron Abbott, Grace Hughes and Mary Atchison.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Thelma's memory may be made to Bayada Hospice.
