He was predeceased by: his significant other Sandy. He is survived by: his son Ralph E. McDougall, Jr. (Sarah) of Felton; his siblings, Faye L. Bissonnette (Richard) of Dover, Paul L. McDougall (Connie) of Felton and Walter John McDougall (Jeanette) of Hartly; and his grandsons, Wyatt Mac McDougall and Garrett Charles McDougall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
