She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Kempf and John Kempf. She is survived by: her husband William Kelly; her children, Jennifer Reuben (Ken), Rebecca Stratton (Tom) and William Kelly II (Megan); and her brother John Kempf.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to Saint Judes Childrens hospital, Brandywine Valley SPCA and Saint Josephs Indian school in South Dakota.
