He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ruth "Arlene" Delgado; his children, Hedy Lynn Pelle and Wanda Delgado; his grandchildren, Elana Isabella and Heather Nicole; and his siblings, Hector Delgado, Carlos Delgado, Edward Delgado, Ralph Delgado, Dorca Delgado and Angel Delgado.
