He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Eugene Arnold and Marian Perry Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Laura Nocente Arnold of Hartly; his sons, Christopher L. Arnold of Hartly and Phillip A. Arnold (Katherine) of Dover; his siblings, David Arnold, Michael Arnold and Sarah Jacques; and his grandchildren, Keely, Jeffrey and Christopher.
