He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Norris, Sr. and Geraldine Norris (Fuhr); and his siblings, Karen Norris of Georgetown, Bertha Mae Naumann (Harman) of Newark and Wayne Norris, Sr. of Wilmington.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria B. Norris; his stepson Matthew Chaffee (Dawn) of Milton; his former wife Pauline Norris of Camden; and his children, Lois DelPilar (Damon) of Clayton, Tonya Watson (Doug) of Hartly, Julie Norris of Camden and Josh Norris (Kaitlin) of Camden.
To honor Jim's life, the family suggests contributions be made to Vitas Hospice.
