He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence R. O'Neal, Sr. and Paulena C. O'Neal; his brother Michael Joseph O'Neal; his nephew Jason P. Pandel; and his niece Laura A. Lloyd.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Y. O'Neal; his siblings, Harry B. O'Neal (Teresa Taylor), Lisa A. Lloyd (Mark), Beth Pandel (Brent) and Kathleen M. O'Neal; his siblings-in-law, J. Allen Metheny (Barbara) and Linda M. Nickerson (James); and his aunt Kathryn M. Morman. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, 22 great nieces and nephews and two great-great niece.
