With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Gordy Jr. (Hartly, Delaware), who passed away on November 1, 2018 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Albert Raymond Gordy; and his brother Ron Gordy. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Gordy (Steele); his children, Jettie McGraw, Husband, Daniel of Fort Bragg, N. C., Curtis Steele (Kara) of Nashville, Georgia, Crystal Dixon of Dover and Albert R. Gordy, III (Star) of Dover; his siblings, Darlise Epps (Allen) of Wildwood and Terry Gordy (Vicky) of Townsend; his mother Elizabeth Gordy (Reynolds) of Wildwood, Florida; his grandchildren, Caleb, Collin, Chloe McGraw, Jaxson, Hailey Steele, Dustin, Jayden, Anthony Dixon, Justin, Stacia Gordy and Kersten Stevens; and his great grandchildren, Preston Stevens and Hintley Stevens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
