It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Pepper Sr. (Harrington, Delaware), born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on December 27, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Crystal Lee Pepper. He is survived by: his children, Holland "Holly" Pepper and William "Walter" Pepper Jr.; his brother Edwin "Ed" Pepper Jr.; his nephews, Eric Pepper (Cathy) and Joseph "Joey" Pepper; and his sisters-in-law, Lavonne Shockley and April Crampton.
