He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. McCullough and June D. McCullough; and his brother Robert McCullough. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Barros and William A. McCullough; his grandchildren, Ryan Barros, Taylor Barros, Victoria Barros and Dylan McConnell; and his sister-in-law Tanis McCullough.
