He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Hanson and Myrtle E. Hanson; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Harry Hanson, Ralph Hanson and Doris Fry.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Hanson (Rachel); his grandchildren, Zachary Torgerson and Presley Hanson; and his sister Irene Holloway. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
