She is survived by: her parent Bessie Hawkins; her husband Charlie Hughes Sr.; her children, Kelly Oksuz, Henry Jr, Smith Jr and Charles Hughes Jr; and her siblings, Roy Hawkins, Helen Gallo, Joyce Hughes, Gloria Slyvester and Josephine Hayman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
