He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeddie Quillen and Ann Quillen; his wife Sandra J. Quillen; his grandchildren, Bryan Killen and Heather Quillen; and his siblings, Floyd, Dick, Gilbert Quillen, Amanda Harrington, Gladys Rosengren and Grace George.

He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Quillen, Alan Quillen, Trudy Killen and Brenda Waite; and his brother Charles Ray Quillen. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
