With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Freeman (Harrington, Delaware), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer W. Freeman and Marian Wilma Browning Freeman; his wife Evelyn Freeman; and his brothers, Ronald Freeman of Merced, California., Russell Freeman of Merced, California. and Raymond Freeman of Merced, California..
He is survived by: his grandson Dustin J.; and also Richard Freeman (Emma) of White Settlement, Texas..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harrington Moose Lodge (16268 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952). A burial will be held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
