He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Welch and Violet Welch (Willey); his brother Donald J. Welch; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Welch. He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Lee Bridges; his grandchildren, Austin Welch and Taylor Bridges; and his siblings, Mike Welch, Steve Welch (Polly), Gary Welch, Dawn Welch and Karen Welch.
