He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wagner and Mildred Wagner; his brother-in-law Gary Homewood; and his nephew Glenn Homewood. He is survived by: his sister Eleanor Homewood; and his nephew Mark Homewood (Sonja). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Paul's memory to: Harrington High School Alumni Scholarship fund, (Class of 63), P.O. Box 37, Harrington, DE 19952.
