She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Collins; her husband Harry; and her brother John Collins. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Scanlan (George) of Palm Coast, FL, Harry C. Henze, Jr. (Stacy) of Hampton, N. Y., Elizabeth Ewald of Palatka, FL and Robert Henze (Angela Jo) of Walden, N. Y; and her siblings, Joyce Richards (Nelson) of Fulton, N. Y, Gilbert Collins (Shirley) of Fulton, N. Y and James Zahakos (Ellen) of Raynham, MA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
