She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brian Tapley [Salina], Mande Delano [Scott], Brady Howard [Tami], Ryan Cramer [April] and Danielle Cramer [Earl]; her great grandchildren, Cannon, Sienna, Mark, Mason, Ethan, Landon and Jordan; her daughter Vicki; and her brother David T. Hoffner III. She is also survived by her four daughters, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
