She is survived by: her children, Kevin Blackburn (Brandie) and Kolene Shahan (Bob Nechay); her grandchildren, Jaydin Crow, Zackary Blackburn, Ashley Chee, Christian McClements, Mia Mattucci, Katelyn Blackhall and Dillon Blackhall; her great grandchildren, Bennett Chee, Kaylee Chee and Owen Piasecki; and her siblings, Edward Ellingsworth, Judith Wich, Teresa Webb, Donna Riggins and Dorothy McCann.
