She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phares and Catherine Phares Sr.; her husband John William "Bill" Cullember; and her brothers, John Phares Jr., Robert Phares, Jimmy Phares, Ducky Phares and Tom Phares.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Rash (Wayde), Diana Malin and Theresa Episcopo; her son-in-law Scott Riesinger; her brother Billy Phares; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby and Ricky.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melvin Funeral Home (15522 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952). A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
