She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi DeAngelo and Sadie DeAngelo (Brewer); her husband Timothy Lee Rains; her son Gregory "Bucky"; her daughter-in-law Cindy Rains; her daughter Christina; her son-in-law Billy Joe Smith; her grandson Adam Greenly; and her great grandchild Adeline Rains.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Rains (Ruth), Dale Rains (Tangey), Brian Rains (Carol), Timmy Rains, Tammy Greenly (Dale), Jackie Sluter (Jim), Keven Rains (Delores) and Penny Erli (David); her sisters, Betty Wible and Mafalda Farmer; and her close friends, Dottie Reed and Donna Lungr.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Felton Community Fire Company, P.O. Box F, Felton, DE 19943.

“Louise is my cousin and we went to school together. We spent a lot of time together getting into a lot of mischief at school, playing hooky and having a lot of fun times. I remember Louisa being very strong and I also remember her killing a big snake with her hands. I saw Louise at Betty's house about 20 years ago and we did a lot of reminising.
