She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kiemer and Barbara Failing; her husband Keith; her brother Wylie Kiemer; and her niece Wendy Lankford Masten.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Layton; her grandchildren, Autumn and Justice Dalious Jr.; and her sister Sandy Lankford (Tom Phillips). She is also survived by her family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Melvin Funeral Home (15522 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Thomas E. Melvin & Son Funeral Home (15522 S Dupont Hwy, Harrington, DE 19952).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the funeral home, to help defray the service costs.
