He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey S Allen and Julia Allen (Prasch); his brother Harvey Allen of Carney's Point, NJ; his former wife Lillian; and his sister Bernice Stayton (Roland).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley W Allen of Harrington; his sons, Glenn C. Allen (Katie) of Lewes, DE and Kenneth D. Allen (Jocelyn) of Harrington; and his grandchildren, Ariel Autumn Allen, Luke Logan Allen, Benjamin Baron Allen of Harrington, DE, Christopher Norris Allen and Charlotte Ruth Allen (Charlie) of Lewes, DE..
