He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse T. Woodall and Emily M. Woodall; and his son Jeffrey Norman Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Woodall; his son Jason Woodall (Tiffany); his siblings, Brenda Sheline, Vicki Cannon (Larry), Julian Woodall and Wayne Woodall; and his grandchildren, Haley Slater, Hunter Slater, Evan and Emily Woodall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
