She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Thorpe Sr. (Ellentean), Ralph Benson, Dale Benson (Teresa), Kevin Benson and Regin Scott (Billy); her children, Anthony Thorpe, Taunya "Tie" Monroe (Charles) and Desmond Benson; her grandchildren, Hasine Thorpe, Marcus Chester, Michael Thorpe, Julian Chester, Ebony Chester, Aaron Bowling and Desya Benson; and her great grandchildren, Machi Chester, Ka'Liaa Baynard, Velaiyah Benson and Finnley Benson.
