He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vogelien and Mabel Vogelien; and his brother David Vogelien. He is survived by: his wife Gale Vogelien; his daughters, Kate Schiff (T. J.), Erin Giandonato (Nick) and Poppy; his grandchildren, Caroline, Adam, Meredith Schiff, Jack and Grace Giandonato; his sister-in-law Fran Vogelien; his nephews, Matthew and Nathan Vogelien; and his brother Robert Vogelien.
