He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Todd Sr. and Bertha Todd (Jewell). He is survived by: his wife Saeko Todd; and his children, Mark Todd (Tammy) of Felton, DE and Holly Todd Lee of Dover, DE. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
