He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline E. Barlow and Clarence W. "Chick" Barlow; his wife Linda Barlow; and his sisters, Mary Ann Draper and Jeanie Barlow.

He is survived by: his brother Joseph Barlow. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In memory of Mr. Barlow, donations can be made to Melvin Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
