He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Gibson and Alice Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Gibson; his children, Matthew Gibson Sr., Amanda and Emily Gibson; his siblings, Paul Gibson, Eddie Gibson (Monica), Karen Yeatman, Alison Fasano (Anthony) and Jo Paula Barshay; and his grandchildren, Jacob Morris, Liam Daniels, Matthew Gibons Jr. and Maleah Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
