He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Seal and L. Kathleen Seal (Rock); his siblings, Evaleen Booth, Robert and Eugene Seal; his sister-in-law Anne Seal; and his grandsons, Logan John and Ryan John Logan Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marti" Seal (Mallonee); his son Paul Seal (Leslie); his grandsons, Jackson and Parker of Fairfax Station, VA; his daughter Rebecca Seal Wagner (Matthew); and his granddaughter Brittany of Felton, Delaware. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
