It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet M. Spencer (Harrington, Delaware), who passed away on January 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Yoder and Abraham Yoder; her husband Virgil Spencer; and her son Ron Motter. She is survived by: her children, Steve Motter (Rena), Dale Motter (Billie) and Sharon Parks; her stepchildren, James Spencer, Tina Starner and Virgil Spencer Jr.; her grandchildren, Tammy McNamire (Chris) and Jeff Motter (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Haley, Trey, Aiyanna and Logan; and her great great grandchildren, Julian and Kire.
Interment will be held privately at a later date. Delaware guidelines are in effect for social distancing and masks.
