He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin S. Rogers and Elizabeth J. Rogers (Leadbetter); and his brother Donald Wayne Rogers. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Collins Maxwell (George) and Dennis Alan Rogers. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the 300 Church, 111 E. Liberty St., Harrington, DE 19952.
