She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Spicer and Marie Spicer; her siblings, Arietta Tucker, Gladys Dempsey, George Passwaters, Kathleen King, Marie Rachelli, Marion Mitchell and Herbert Passwaters; and her grandson J. Curtis Towers, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Neibert, Verona L. Towers and Donna L. Neibert; her grandsons, Christpoher A. Neibert and John R. Bonnewell; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Towers, Jessica Towers, Ryan Towers, Allyson Neibert, Cole Neibert and Nate Bonnewell. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
