She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stumpf and Amanda Nickerson; her husband Segurd Sands; and her sister Irma Worth. She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Shirley) of Smyrna, DE, Keith (Louise) of Bear, DE, Brian (Vanessa) of Smyrna, DE, Laura Bailey (Bryan) of Milford, DE and Kimberley Campbell (William) of Bear, DE; and her grandchildren, Wayne, Vicki, Kristen, Amber, Christopher, Brandon, Bryanna, Holden, Kayla, Ashley and Taylor. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren.
