He is survived by: his parents, R. "Jimmy" Patterson and Dina Dill; his children, Brandon Patterson Jr., Kaydince and Conner Patterson; his brothers, Jeremy Patterson and Tim Rains; his grandparents, Viola and Skip Schneiderwent; and also James Schneiderwent. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
