He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Cooke, Sr. and Mary Jane Victor Cooke (Kerr); his wife Ethel M. Cooke; and his son Robert N. Cooke, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Gus" Cooke (Michele) of North Wilmington, DE, William Cooke (Lisa) of Smyrna, DE and George Cooke (Colleen) of Harbeson, DE. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
