Koon (Harbeson, Delaware), born in Alexander Mills, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Nanney and Roy Nanney; her significant other Dr. Diane Stetina; her sons, Kenneth (Sally) and Russell Koon; her granddaughter Sarah Koon; her brothers, Joe Nanney (Martha) and Louis Nanney (Juanita); her brother-in-law Bill Metcalf; and also Margie Metcalf. She was also cherished by several other nieces and nephews.
