June Lee Simpson Obituary

We bid farewell to June Lee Simpson (Harbeson, Delaware), born in Lewes, Delaware, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 23, 2024 at the age of 88. June Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ritter and Margaret Ritter (Dallas); her husband Daniel Simpson; and her siblings, Mary Lou Steele, Joan Burton, Janice Mosley, Marie Savin, Bert, Frank and Irvin Ritter.

She is survived by: her son William; her daughter-in-law Penny Burnside; her granddaughter Kara Burnside; her siblings, Bud Ritter, Ethel Lee and Patricia Rust; her stepson Sam Simpson; her daughter-in-law Leslie; and her grandchildren, Amy Lewis, Brian Roberts, Dan and Tara Simpson. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
